Creativation Ltd
Creativation Ltd was set up in 2000 to build on skills developed over a 10-15 year period of learning. The business offered a range of services to organisations and individuals including:
- Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering and Management Development
- Business Systems Consultancy
- Counselling
- Mental health - 10 years of active service with a mental health helpline has provided exposure to a broad range of issues for individuals, statutory agencies and voluntary organisations.
- Training and personal development
Our emphasis on the processes of change means that we can operate in diverse arenas.
Mental Health
The above included some work in Mental Health and continued voluntary work with a leading Mental Health Charity.
We were happy to support initial developments of innovative programmes within Swinfen Hall YOI and other local prisons. These developed into award winning processes for the Charity concerned.
Changing times
Changes in the economic climate have resulted in people movements across the Mental Health with the displacement of good mental health workers.
This presented an opportunity to renew previously informal partnerships.
